Our Weekly option for Meal Prep. We only do two week plans. You have option to pay weekly. Meals are dropped off Monday with time we set with you. All PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE MONDAY THE WEEK BEFORE YOU GET PREP.

Meal Breakdown:

• All Menu Items are made from scratch.
• Dairy free
• Whole grain wheat
• Fish, Shrimp, or Chicken
• 4 oz. protein
• 6 oz. vegetable
• 6 oz. carbohydrate
• Reheat all meals for 4 minutes.
• Keep all meals refrigerated.
• We can customize meals to meet special dietary needs.
